3. Workshops and Design Sprints

1-2 day Workshops and 5 day Design Sprints

This is a time constrained process (usually 3-5 days) that uses design thinking to reduce the risk associated with bringing a new product, feature or service to market. My design workshops could be a few hours or a few days (not longer than 5 days), depending on your business problem. My goal is to quickly reach decisions or important milestones in a short time frame. The main outcome from my design sprints and workshops are:
